Pragnya Foundation is guided by committed educators, professionals, volunteers, and community leaders who believe education is the strongest solution to address poverty, healthcare challenges, unemployment, and social inequality. Our team works closely with children, teachers, parents, and government systems to strengthen learning outcomes and create inclusive opportunities for growth.
Education empowers children to overcome poverty, improve health, access livelihoods, and grow as responsible citizens. Despite the Right to Education Act, many children still face learning gaps, dropouts, and poor-quality instruction. Our team works to make schools welcoming, engaging, and effective learning spaces.
Kalaburagi district faces low literacy rates, high dropout levels, teacher shortages, and limited infrastructure. With over 1,000 villages and thousands of children at risk of falling behind, our team focuses on strengthening elementary education and improving classroom practices across the district.
Our volunteers, teachers, and field teams work hand-in-hand with communities to reduce dropouts, motivate students, train teachers, and improve learning environments. Together, we aim to transform schools into spaces where every child feels inspired to learn and grow with confidence.
